"We bake bread the way it was meant to be — slow fermentation, organic flour, wood-fired oven."

Every loaf begins with a 48-hour fermentation using our house starter, nurtured daily since 2019. We source heritage grain from small British mills and bake in a hand-built stone oven fuelled by sustainably coppiced oak.

No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just flour, water, salt, and time.

Organic heritage flour from local British mills, stone-ground to preserve nutrients and flavour.

48-hour slow fermentation with our house sourdough starter, developing complex flavour and perfect texture.

Bake

Wood-fired stone oven at 250°C. Each loaf baked to a deep, caramelised crust with a soft, open crumb.
